Placing an Order

Item availability

All orders are subject to product availability. Most items are available immediately and ship within our normal shipping schedule. If your order will not be shipped within this timeframe, you will receive an email or phone call from our customer service department describing the cause of the delay and be given a new projected shipping date. If the new delivery schedule is not acceptable, you may cancel the order for a complete refund. Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately. Please see our shipping schedule for additional details. Certain oversized items require special delivery arrangements. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery of these items unless otherwise specified.

Back-Ordered Items

If one or more items that are to be shipped from our warehouse are on back-order we will hold the entire shipment unless you instruct us to do otherwise. If you need the In-Stock portion of your order to be shipped without delay, please contact us via phone or email and we will ship out the In-Stock items at no additional shipping cost. If the back-ordered portion of your order is scheduled to be shipped directly from a manufacturer, we will ship all In-Stock warehoused items according to their normal processing schedule.

Sales Tax

Non-Wine Items
We must collect 8.25% sales tax from residents of California.

Wine and Wine Gift Baskets
Sales tax is collected according to the following schedule:

Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package.

Return the product to the address below via UPS or the United States Postal Service (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. All components of a gift basket or tasting pack must be returned.

We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request; however, if the order has begun its journey through the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled or revised. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will gladly accept your return of any non-perishable items (please see our return policy).
